5Chain wear makes the chain link longer, or the drive sprocket and gear wear seriously, or the take-up spool housing hole wears out and the wear amount of each row is uneven, resulting in uneven delivery conveyor step, ie The spacing between the two rows of teeth adjacent to each other is not equal, and the position of the contact with the roller is unstable, causing failure of the receiving paper, and even interference with the roller to damage the components.
Remedy: 1 Adjust or repair the worn out chain take-up cam face so that there is a proper overlap (common) bite time:
2 adjust or replace the compression spring to maintain uniform and appropriate teeth bite;
