GFH1050A dry laminating machine is mainly used for lamination of two kinds of materials (such as paper/plastic, plastic/plastic) to make a flexible packaging material with excellent performance. The base material of the web film is unwound, glued, dried, and heat-compressed with the second material film, cooled, and rewinded to complete the compounding process.
The machine has advanced design, tension control system, compound heat roller system, main electrical components and pneumatic components, bearings, etc. are imported from abroad. With high precision in manufacturing and control, it is an ideal product for making wide-width, high-grade flexible packaging materials and replacing similar imported equipment.
The machine has the following main features: 1. Double-station rotary racks are used for discharging and rewinding devices, which can automatically flip, cut, and automatically block materials to achieve non-stop operation. 2, coating using a separate motor drive, and maintain system tension. The wire roller is coated quantitatively and the press roller is pneumatically pressurized to make the film layer after the film more uniform. 3. Drying is three-stage steam drying. The oven can be opened. The opening method is pneumatic. 4. The maximum surface temperature of the hot roller in the compound part is 120°C. The oil heating cycle method is used to automatically control the temperature. 5, the machine uses EPC correction system, two axial correction, a deflection correction, to ensure the quality of the composite. 6, the whole machine adopts programmable control PLC control, set up man-machine operation interface, convenient and intuitive.
