Kraft Food's Smart Bar Lode beverage (including wine) server was marketed in France in June 2004 and in the US market in autumn 2005. The Tassi-mo Hot Beverage System can adjust and prepare a variety of hot beverages for consumers to drink within one minute.
The system consists of two major elements. One is Tassimo's server equipment made by Italy's Saeco, and the other is an exclusive extruded pot called Tassi-mo T-DISC, which is a quantitative container that can accurately weigh fresh coffee and black tea.
