Verify security ink

Ink suppliers offer a variety of immutable, non-reproducible inks for use in counterfeiting. There are 11 types of security inks mentioned below. The effect that all these inks can achieve is impossible to achieve with copying or digital copying.

1, bleeding ink (Bleeding)
The black ink that this ink prints will produce a red stain when it encounters water or water-like solvents.
Features: No special equipment is required for identification. The user can use wet fingers to rub in the printed area to produce an effect. Suitable for dry printing presses.

2, coin reactive ink (coinReactive)
Rubbing this opaque white or clear ink with the edge of the coin will appear black.
Features: No special equipment is required for identification. It prints well on many raw materials. Suitable for wet or dry offset presses and flexo printing presses.

3, Erasol (Erasol)
Erasable inks are often used for backside printing of tickets, such as country backgrounds for birth certificates. If you try to rub the ticket, the ink will be erased from the ticket.
Features: It is a chemical reagent/solvent evaporation type security ink. Suitable for wet or dry offset presses.

4、Heat Reactive Irreversible
This ink is colorless at the time of printing, but it will show a distinct color when it is heated to 85-100 degrees Celsius.
Features: Ideal for protecting bills from heat or water vapor. Applicable to dry offset presses.

5, pen reaction ink (Pen Reactive)
When a special stroke is applied to the visible image, the ink disappears.
Features: Once a response has occurred, it can also be seen as a way to invalidate the ticket, thus ensuring that the ticket cannot be used repeatedly. Suitable for dry offset presses.

6. Perlrs-ting Numbering
This ink contains a component that allows the red dye to penetrate into the fibers of the paper. Dyes can be printed through the back of the ticket.
Features: Usually used for digital number printing. Criminals often use scrapers to scrape digital numbers off paper. If you do not damage the structure of the paper, it is almost impossible to scrape the ink from the surface of the paper. Suitable for letterpress and wet offset presses.

7, photochromic ink (Photochromic)
This ink will change color and return to a primary color when exposed to ultraviolet light or become colorless when the light source is removed.
Features: It will also be activated under sunlight, making outdoor inspection easy. Can be overprinted by other security inks to enhance anti-counterfeiting protection. Suitable for dry, wet offset and flexographic printing presses.

8, chemical reagents / solvent evaporation security ink (Solvent/Ghemical fugitive)
When large quantities of chemical solvents (alcohol, acetone, bleach, etc.) are encountered in an attempt to change or clean the ticket, the ink will fade, form stains, or dissolve.
Features: When the bill is changed, it will leave a very noticeable mark. Suitable for dry or wet offset presses.

9. Thermochromic inks (Thermchromic)
When the ink is exposed to an environment that exceeds its reaction temperature, it fades color. When the ink is cooled it will return to its original state.
Features: No special equipment required. The user usually rubs on the print area with a finger to generate heat that causes a color change. Suitable for dry or wet printing presses and flexo printing presses.

10. Invisible UV Fluorescent Ink
This colorless or transparent white ink emits fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light.
Features: Under normal light irradiation is not observable. Suitable for wet or dry offset presses, flexographic presses, and gravure presses.

11, water volatile ink (waterFugitive)
The ink fades or forms a stain when it encounters water or water-like solvents.
Features: When the bill is changed, it will leave a very noticeable mark. Suitable for dry offset presses.
