Series Electronic Filling Machine

The VOL-JET series of electronic capacity filling machines produced by the Italian Maghreb company is equipped with filling valves for electronic flow meters, which are suitable for various types of bottles. The machine is equipped with 99 groups of control panels with different product parameters, and the central PLC control that rotates together randomly ensures continuous and reliable data transmission. The filling process is controlled by a special flow meter associated with the filling valve. There is no vertical mechanical movement in the filling and therefore no wear, maintenance, and easy cleaning. Sterile control valves and containers do not come in contact during filling, making them ideal for filling in aseptic environments. Its PLC-controlled automatic online cleaning system enables high filling accuracy. The machine is suitable for filling without gas liquid.
