The first STP company adopts the screen company's new CTP system

The French printing company SB+ Imprimerie is the first company in the world to use the screen company's PlateRite Ultima 24000 VLF CTP system. This product was debuted at the IPEX 2006 in April. In France, this product is supported by Screen France and Fujifilm France, and can be used for large-capacity packaging products, large-format posters of 120×160mm, and commerce.

The PlateRite Ultima 24000 can produce CTP plates for both sheetfed and web presses, working at a published capacity of 29 plates per hour, with a maximum layout of 1,750mm x 1,400mm and simultaneous online plate punching. . In addition, it can simultaneously image two B1 format plates, a feature that makes it the world's fastest B1 format platemaking machine. Ideally, it can also support multi-color double-sided printing, publishing up to 58 B1 format plates per hour. According to the screen company description, in 15 minutes, PlateRite Ultima 24000 can produce a set of 12-color B1 format pre-punched plate.
