For plasma, use appropriate anticoagulants like EDTA, sodium citrate, or heparin, and centrifuge accordingly. For urine and other liquids, centrifuge and collect the supernatant. Cell culture supernatants should be collected and centrifuged, while tissue homogenates require PBS buffer and protease inhibitors. For tissue specimens, cut the tissue, weigh it, add PBS with protease inhibitors, homogenize, and centrifuge. Always follow kit instructions carefully before collecting samples.
