MG/320-W New Shearer Passes Expert Appraisal

Recently, the new hydraulic traction shearer MG/320-W jointly developed by Shandong Taishan Jianneng Machinery Co., Ltd. passed the appraisal committee of the appraisal committee chaired by the director of the National Coal Industry Technical Committee and former chief engineer of the coal department Shang Haitao. Haitao’s chairman also spoke highly of the project.
The 320 new shearer was jointly developed by Taishan Jianneng, China Coal Research Institute and Xinwen Mining Group. The shearer adopts the multi-motor lateral layout of the development trend of the drum type cutting machine, the hydraulic traction system breaks the conventional, the pump box changes the long-term use of the "wet chamber" layout hydraulic element to the "dry cavity" layout, and selects the import combination. The hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor make the machine have the features of convenient speed control and commutation control, complete and reliable operation protection, automatic stepless speed regulation, etc. The height of the system and the pipeline are integrated, and the innovation on the hydraulic system of the shearer is realized. . The MG/320-W shearer has relatively independent functional components and a combination of building blocks. The main components are small in size, convenient for processing, downhole transportation and maintenance, and easy to serialize and upgrade (electric traction). Electrical appliances and control systems are simple, safe, and reliable, enabling motor group control. The machine has a reasonable design structure, a good overall rigid structure, a large safety factor, a wide range of support, convenient maintenance, and a low failure rate. It has reached the domestic advanced level in the design of similar shearers. Applicable to medium-thick coal seams such as high-grade general mining, fully mechanized coal mining and top coal caving, and can work under conditions where the coal quality is lower than that of hard coal, the coal seam has no hard inclusions, or there is no thicker soft rock. .
