First, the vibration table can not be connected to the computer control (with microcomputer models)

1 , check the computer peripheral line is connected properly , please reconnect and confirm it again

2. Check RS232 connection port is connected and there is no good contact, and a need reclosing

3 , then check the vibration box control box power switch is open , if not open, press to turn ON (that is, turn on the vibration table power supply)

4 , and then check RS232 serial computer settings are COM2 or COM1, replace the settings on the line

5 , whether to open the program screen correctly , is it correctly set , refer to the computer operation manual setting procedure

Second, the electromagnetic vibration table can not stop after setting time

1. Check if the operation steps are set correctly . Follow the instructions again.

2. Check if the internal code is correct . Check the parameter list and check it again.

3 , shut down, reset the internal code, re-set according to the operating procedure

Third, when the desk body work abnormal sound

1. The abnormal sound of the contact surface of the test article is bound to the naked eye. Please re-bind or check the body.

2. Check whether the spring steel sheet inside the table body is broken. If the size is good (length, width and thickness), you can tell the manufacturer to send it to your company.

Fourth, the computer program appears some numbers and prompts to contact with xxx company to provide authorization code

Check whether the communication line is broken or the insulation is peeled off . Check whether the computer is working properly (do not work with the vibration table)

And confirm whether your company has added other external equipment or other uses to your computer.

Note : sometimes the vibration table may cause missing files or forget the password due to improper operation or modification . In this case, contact the manufacturer and send it back to the computer host to reset .
