Austria launches compact automatic vacuum packaging machine

Recently, Supervac AG of Austria introduced the Gk800 series of automatic vacuum packaging machines that can vacuum package meat, cheese, fish and processed foods at a high speed.
According to reports, the internal organization of the aircraft is compact, and there is a built-in expansion buffer. Compared with conventional equipment, the time required for vacuuming is reduced by 30%, thereby speeding up the production cycle and improving quality. Reliable, repeatable, two-way active seal systems have been solved with wrinkles, moisture, and smears to solve frequently encountered leak problems. Before the package enters the vacuum chamber, the rotating blade automatically trims excess bag sapling on the sealing area to ensure the final package's appearance quality. The equipment is also equipped with a high-performance booster pump and connected to a vane pump. The vacuum packaging machine only needs one person to operate, and the screen control device allows the user to perform more than 20 kinds of programming configuration according to different products or materials, and can read and reuse at any time.
