At present, the catalyst has been industrially applied to the 9,000 ton/year acrylonitrile plant in the Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company's chemical plant. The results showed that using this catalyst, at a reaction temperature of 430°C, a reaction pressure of 0.14 MPa, and a catalyst loading of 0.09, the yield of acrylonitrile reached 81%-82%, and the acrylonitrile consumption was about 1.04. , (The current general industrial plant yield is 78% -79%, and the unit consumption of acrylonitrile is about 1.1). Under the same COD condition, sewage discharge is reduced by 20%. The acrylonitrile yield of this catalyst is superior to the advanced foreign catalysts currently used on the market, and the comprehensive performance exceeds the same advanced catalysts currently used on the market. According to the current scale of the Acrylonitrile production plant of Gaohua, the annual output of acrylonitrile can be increased. More than 800 tons, a net increase of 7 million yuan.
