Handan Steel adopts CSP technology to develop tread plate

In September 2003, the "CSP Technology Development Process Plate" project passed the provincial appraisal.
Since 2001, in order to give full play to the advantages of CSP's advanced process equipment, Handan Iron and Steel has accelerated the development of high value-added products for CSP production lines, and has repeatedly organized technical personnel to carry out research on key links such as process, equipment, electrical appliances, and operation, etc. In the absence of experience, the company took the lead in the development of CSP production lines to meet the national standards and user requirements of the tread plate, to solve the pattern plate in the roll rolling, the finished roller diameter difference setting, rolling speed control, coiling Process control, the thickness of the tread plate and the determination of relevant mathematical model parameters, and other key technical problems, basically form a series of production of the design of the tread plate. After successful development for the first time, the product was inspected by the Hebei Iron and Steel Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station and the product complied with the GB/T3277-1991 standard. Up to now, the continuous casting and rolling mill of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has successfully produced 72,000 tons of pattern plates.
After being appraised by experts of the appraisal committee, the project unanimously concluded that the project has filled a gap in the production of diamond plate in the domestic CSP production line, and its production technology and technological level have reached the international advanced level. The project not only has significant economic benefits, but also provides successful experience for domestic companies in the same industry that are worth learning from. The social benefits are also very significant.
