The THDVB series vibration and humidity comprehensive environmental test chamber is designed to simulate a wide range of environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity. When combined with a vibration table, it enables comprehensive reliability testing that covers three key environmental factors: temperature, humidity, and vibration. It can be paired with either a vertical or horizontal vibration platform, making it highly versatile for various testing applications.
The test chamber uses a German BIZER compressor to create an efficient cooling system. Unlike traditional cold and heat balance constant temperature methods, it employs advanced hot gas bypass regulation technology, allowing for continuous adjustment of the cooling output. This not only improves the efficiency of the refrigeration system but also reduces energy consumption. The refrigeration system is equipped with real-time pressure monitoring, which controls the start/stop of the compressor and the opening of the solenoid valve, ensuring optimal operation and system reliability. Additionally, a cold injection bypass is included, automatically providing cooling when the compressor suction temperature becomes too high, offering extra protection for the compressor.
The humidification system is fully automated, with upper and lower water level limits to prevent dry burning and ensure safe operation. An automatic water supply system is also integrated for convenience and reliability.
