The test chamber is equipped with a German BIZER compressor to form an efficient cooling system. Unlike traditional cold and heat balance constant temperature methods, the THDVB series utilizes advanced hot gas bypass regulation technology, enabling stepless adjustment of cooling output. This not only improves the efficiency of the refrigeration system but also reduces energy consumption significantly. The refrigeration system is monitored in real-time, with pressure controls that manage the start/stop of the compressor and the opening of the solenoid valve. This ensures optimal operation of the compressor, enhancing the overall reliability of the system. In addition, a cold injection bypass is included, which automatically provides cooling when the compressor suction temperature becomes too high, protecting the compressor from damage.
The humidification system features automatic water level control, with upper and lower limits set to prevent dry burning. An automatic water supply system is also included for convenience and safety.
