A significant collection finds the perfect space to breathe—and shine—in this impeccably balanced apartment. This 1940s apartment in central London required extensive renovation. The client's brief was to create an open, spacious environment to showcase their extensive collection of art, books, and music. Rose crafted a beautifully balanced interior that feels simultaneously lively and serene.
Richmond House
This majestic manor house in Richmond, London exemplifies Rose’s thoughtful approach to restoring an important listed building, originally constructed during the reign of Charles II and later expanded during the Georgian era. This is a light-filled , tranquil family home where past and present coexist harmoniously, featuring calm, clutter-free spaces and an understated air of sophistication. Modern luxury is thoughtfully integrated into the historic structure without overshadowing its original charm.

Godwin House
The house was originally built by E.W. Godwin between 1878-1879 for Frank Miles, a society portraitist and friend of Oscar Wilde. The current owners wanted to honor its history while creating a home suited for a modern, active family. This wasn’t a rigid historical recreation but rather a reinterpretation rooted in the original design. Starting with the extensive archival material, Rose stripped away unnecessary layers and additions, restoring the building’s purity, architectural integrity, and authentic spirit while adding a fresh, timeless quality and enhanced functionality.
Mayfair Apartment
Rose was commissioned by a private client to design this apartment as a simple, cozy retreat. Set in the attic of a period building in Mayfair, central London , the space had lost much of its original character over the years. Rose aimed to create an interior filled with charm, softness, and interest within a minimalist framework. Her design features a fireplace wall with built-in bookshelves and log storage in the main living area, as well as a custom wood and marble kitchen that can be separated from the dining area with rich yet subtle drapes.
