Due to negligence or unaccustomed to checking the dots on the plate with reference to the film, there are occasionally significant differences between the printed proofs and the proofs provided by the customer. Re-launching or printing plates will waste paper, ink, etc., and delay production.

The author proposes that: Before printing, it is necessary to check representative outlets on the printing plate (such as the header, logo, title, graphic background, etc.) or the tone of the customer's designated area, and check the chromatogram to check whether the sample is provided by the customer. There are differences, such as the difference should be timely re-lighting. This requires the printing staff to have an accurate judgment on the outlets of Okawa. I hereby introduce the experience of using 10-fold magnifying glass to identify the dot size, which is only for peer reference.
