Fruit bag paper new technology

At present, the production of fruit paper for cultivation is mostly based on commercial wood pulp. Recently, due to the increase in the price of wood pulp, the burden on paper mills has increased. The Chinese Pulp and Paper Industry researched that the new process recipes (including apple bag paper and Yali bag paper) for waste paper bags produced from waste paper as raw materials not only greatly reduced the production cost, but also had high strength and breathability. In particular, it has high wet strength and water resistance, improving the use of paper bags. Carbon black is replaced with a black dye in the production of outer bag paper. Thus solved the dust pollution caused by the light carbon black. The increase in dye retention has significantly reduced the discharge load of water pollution.
