The surface of the targets was covered with dust and an oxide layer was formed. "This type of target is mainly used as the basic material in the semiconductor, electronics and scientific research fields. It has a relatively high surface requirement during use." The relevant person in the Yuyao Inspection and Quarantine Bureau explained that foreign customers can only return for repair because they cannot use it.

Although product packaging defects do not belong to product quality problems, there are great risks hidden behind them. Problems in the packaging process can lead to damage and mildew of the goods, which will eventually result in the export of products being returned.
