3. The plate is unevenly stressed
Since the position of the screw is difficult to adjust, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the force in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the printing plate cylinder. In the printing process, if the printing plate is unevenly applied, the plate may be inclined or partially deformed. This in turn causes problems with overprinting.
