Different colors can be used to reflect whether the detection parameters are in line with the standard and alert the operator. It is also possible to record and compare certain parameters separately. All monitored and stored parameters can be set with passwords to prevent unauthorized intrusion and modification. Its data can be stored on a computer's hard disk or floppy disk, or it can be printed out to meet the archiving of the enterprise or inspection department and the authenticity of the original quality records.

The operation interface of the detection instrument is Windows 2000. Operators without computer foundation can also learn to operate quickly. Simply place the cut empty cans at the designated position and the results can be detected within 2 seconds. At the same time, the computer connected with this instrument can also be used as a computer alone, connected with other computers to deliver test results, facilitate information transfer of test results, and realize office modernization.
