Covering most large furniture stores

According to the statistics of the Municipal Commerce Commission, in the one-month trial of furniture trade-in in November last year, the first five batches of furniture sales companies participating in the pilot in the past 30 days sold more than 25,000 pieces of furniture, sales reached 150 million yuan, and trade-in sales. The amount accounted for 26.3% of the total sales of similar furniture, which drove the sales of furniture products in the city to increase by 11.9%.

"This year's furniture replacement measures will not only continue to be implemented, but the implementation time will be greatly extended." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commercial Committee said that the current city's furniture trade-in policy is in the process of drafting the tender, the application for examination and approval, and the formulation of the implementation rules. . After the preliminary work is ready, this year's furniture will be fully renovated. He said: "It is expected to start around June, and the whole event will last for about half a year."

In addition to the implementation time extension, the number of outlets participating in the furniture sales of furniture will also increase significantly. Last year, the first batch of 16 stores that participated in the old-fashioned furniture renewal program were the homes of Real Estate, Red Star Macalline, Jimei Home, Chengwaicheng and Lanjingli. The number and coverage of enterprises were limited. This year's trade-in will relax the tender conditions as appropriate to attract more furniture stores to participate. “We hope that most of the large furniture stores in the city will participate, but some indicators will also be set up.” The person in charge said that the furniture sales enterprises involved in the trade-in should meet the “hard indicators” such as sales scale and store area. For the old-for-new subsidy quota and product range that the public cares about, this year will not change. The types of furniture that are subsidized are still the four categories of cabinets, sofas, beds, tables and chairs (mobile tables and chairs only), and the subsidy quota. It is still maintained at 10%.

Recycling companies are expected to receive subsidies

As with the old-fashioned furniture reforms last year, old furniture that was renewed this year will still be recycled. Last year's one-month pilot CCP recycled nearly 20,000 pieces of old furniture, and the utilization rate was nearly 90%.

"The number of furniture recycling enterprises will also increase this year. We also intend to provide certain subsidies to recycling enterprises." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commerce Commission said that unlike the industrial chain of home appliance recycling, furniture recycling is still a "newborn". The return of the recyclables is relatively simple, and most of the dismantling process still relies on manual labor, and the cost is high. In response to the “unprofitable” situation of recycling enterprises during the pilot period last year, the Commerce Commission will grant a certain amount of subsidies to recycling enterprises.

It is understood that when the furniture was replaced with the first batch of pilots last year, except for the recycling stations built by enterprises such as the Real Estate, there are only two recycling companies participating in the bidding form. The old-for-new replacement time will last longer and the amount of old furniture recycled will be reduced. Will be more. Furniture sellers are eager to try

As consumers wait and see, many furniture sellers in this city are also looking forward to this year's trade-in activities.
