Solvent recovery system

This solvent recovery system distills waste blanket cleaning fluids for recycling. The system uses a multi-stage distillation process to purify and purify the solvent, and automatically separates the purified water from the solvent. Then, using a mixing system, the solvent obtained by the distillation purification is reprocessed with water and an auxiliary agent to obtain a mixed product. This blended product can be used in place of new cleaning agents, and the distilled water can be either discharged directly or reused on the press. One user stated that 90% of the single-sheet offset press cleaning waste was recycled and reused; another user said that the amount of blanket cleaning agent used was reduced by 95%. Some judges said, “The return of the system is obvious and it is exactly the same as advertising.”
