1. The ink is drying too fast

Ink drying is too fast mainly due to too much ink desiccant, which is generally an artifact. The most common situation is the printing deinking, the operator will directly add the bottle to the quick-drying agent, and once the bottle is used to directly speed up the dry agent, there is no way to control the amount, so when the drying agent is used, caps such as cola lid should be used. Gradually increase the amount to control the drying speed of the ink.

2. Strong ink adsorption

Adsorption of ink on the printing plate surface, especially the dot version is most likely to occur. If the plate is rubbed hard, the dot of the plate will be wiped off and the printing plate will be damaged. The strong ink absorption is due to the inconsistent mixing of the ink toner and the resin cost, thereby increasing the ink's adsorption force in the printing and being stuck in the middle of the dot or fine print. Therefore, it is necessary to add a wetting agent in the ink to solve this problem.

3. Print plate storage problem

After printing is completed, the printing plate is not cleaned quickly and the ink is dried on the printing plate. At this time, the printing plate is more difficult to wipe, and it is not clean. At the same time, it will also affect the printing plate life and printing effect, because the PH value of the ink is alkaline, corrosive effect on the printing plate, will cause the printing plate aging, poor wear resistance. Therefore, after the printing plate is used, it must be wiped clean and then stored.
