Fault description:

Data recovery process:
The engineer first tests the customer's hard disk, and the test result is: the hard disk head is damaged.
First of all, the engineer must first mount the hard disk on the UDMA, perform firmware backup, and then enter the DE. After starting the mirroring, start mirroring, find the head that cannot be mirrored, and perform shielding. First, mirror the sector data on the normal head. After the normal head image is completed.
After that, the engineer removes the hard disk from the UDMA, finds the corresponding matching head assembly in the Darth spare parts library, and enters the data recovery level 100 clean room to open the replacement head processing.
