a) Counterfeit products (If you have checked the correct password, you will still hear this voice).
b) The entered password is incorrect (if you have checked the entered password is incorrect, please re-enter the password).
3. The number you have queried has been queried and is now voided. Beware of impersonation.
This voice prompt is:
a) Counterfeit products (If you have just bought a product, you will hear this voice the first time you make a query).
b) The genuine product is queried again (if you have inquired).
