Of course, it can also make badges, nameplates, seals, etc. Such high-power spindles can be generally divided into brushless frequency high-speed AC motors and brushed AC motors according to the characteristics of the motor. The main differences are:

A. The speed of the brushless inverter motor is high, and the speed range is 7000 ~ 60000 rpm, while the maximum speed of the brushed AC motor is generally not more than 24000 rpm;

B. The brushless frequency conversion motor has high rotation accuracy, low wear and low noise, and the operating noise is much lower than the brushed AC motor;

C. The brushless variable frequency motor has good stall blocking characteristics. Due to the specific current limiting circuit on the inverter, the short-term stalling will not burn the motor, and the brushed AC machine will quickly smoke when it is overloaded or stalled. Burned and irreparable;

As long as the file is saved, you can immediately disconnect from the computer, shut down the computer, or perform other typesetting.
