MS series four-color screen printing ink

Adaptation range: soft and hard all kinds of PVC plastic, self-adhesive PVC stickers, pre-treatment PET, most of the polystyrene plastic, polycarbonate sheet (PC), ABS, plexiglass and so on.

Application industry: All kinds of signs, outdoor large-scale advertisements and other high-resistance requirements of the color network printing.

Ink characteristics: For inks and printed products, their odor is low. Bright and smooth surface with excellent dot reproducibility and printing acuity. Pure color, high weather resistance.

1. Lightfastness: The ink containing 10~20% pigment is printed on the color development instrument. The obtained sample is tested on the light resistance tester and evaluated according to the degree of fading; it is divided into 1-8 grades. Grade 1: Lightfastness: Grade 8: Excellent lightfastness.

2. Outdoor Weatherability: Under the maximum possible exposure conditions outdoors, there is no obvious fading phenomenon.

Safety instructions: The MS series four-color ink is a lead-free product, and other colors besides the MS-500BL can be used for high frequency processing.

Special advice: When the need for high lightfastness is high, the following recommendations should be followed:

☆When coloring, other colorants that do not meet the requirements cannot be used:

☆ The surface of the ink layer should be covered with MS-110N Varnish.

Precautions:

1. The compatibility between plastic and ink should be tested before mass production;

2. The ink should be fully stirred before use;

3. According to the printing factor, climate change and drying speed requirements, a reasonable choice of thinner;

4. The amount of diluent must not exceed 30%

5. Clean the screen plate with a cleaning agent if the screen is blocked and then reprint it.
