Efficient air supply port series I: This air outlet is composed of high-efficiency filter, high-quality steel plate, aluminum alloy diffuser plate, etc. It is easy to install, reliable in sealing, and can be easily replaced. The connection method can be either up or side.

Efficient air supply port series II: divided into ultra-thin and thin. It is a primary air outlet, which is easy to replace (only need to remove the hose clamp of the soft joint between the air supply duct and the tuyere). This series is especially suitable for purifying air conditioning systems with limited ceiling space. Main advantages: The structure of the box is simple and reliable, the ventilation is strong, the air supply is uniform, the installation is convenient, and the maintenance is simple.

1. The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the outer surface is electrostatically sprayed and treated with diffuser.

2. The structure is compact, the sealing performance is reliable, the air inlet mode has side air inlet and top air inlet, and the flange mouth has two structures of square and round.

Efficient air supply port maintenance:

(1) Generally, there is a differential pressure gauge or a differential pressure sensor before and after the high-efficiency air supply port [1]. For the coarse filter, when the pressure difference is greater than 250Pa, it must be changed; for the medium efficiency filter, the pressure difference is greater than 350Pa. When it is necessary to change the sub-high efficiency filter, when the pressure difference is greater than 400Pa, it must be changed, and the original filter can no longer be applied.

(2) In order to give full play to the role of the filter, in the selection and application process, the oncoming wind speed of the filter, the coarse and medium efficiency filter should not exceed 2.5m/s, and the sub-high efficiency filter and high efficiency filter should not be larger than 1.5m/s. This not only helps to ensure the efficiency of the filter, but also prolongs the life of the filter and saves costs.

(3) Generally, do not replace the filter when the equipment is running; if the filter cannot be stopped due to the replacement period, only the coarse and medium efficiency filters can be replaced under the condition of non-stop fan; sub-high efficiency filter and high efficiency filtration The device must be stopped before it can be replaced.

(4) Under normal operating conditions, the flat plate, folding type coarse or medium efficiency filter, ordinary 1-2 months change, after the filter material is changed, it can be soaked and rinsed with water, then dried and replaced; After rinsing up to 1-2 times, it is necessary to change the new filter to ensure filtration efficiency.

(5) The gasket between the filter and the joint frame must be tight and free of leakage to ensure the filtration effect.

(6) Regarding the sub-high efficiency filter, under normal operating conditions (evenly every day for 8 hours, continuous operation), the general operation should be changed for about 6 months.

(7) For high-efficiency filters that need to be used in high-humidity and high-temperature environments, filter papers with high-temperature and high-humidity resistance, partition plates, and frame materials must be selected to meet the needs of use.

(8) Regarding the bag type coarse or medium efficiency filter, under normal operating conditions (evenly every day for 8 hours, continuous operation), it should be replaced with a new one for about 10 weeks.

(9) The biological clean room and the medical clean room must use the air filter of the metal frame, the appearance of which is not easy to rust, and the filter of the wooden frame plate is not allowed to prevent bacteria and affect the product.

(10) Regarding the high-efficiency air supply port, when the resistance value of the high-efficiency filter inside is greater than 450Pa; or when the airflow speed of the air outlet surface is minimized, the airflow speed cannot be increased even after changing the coarse and medium efficiency filter. Or when the appearance of the high-efficiency filter presents an unrepairable leak, it is necessary to change the new high-efficiency filter; if there is no such condition, it can be changed once every 1-2 years depending on the conditions of the environmental conditions.
