Second, the production of reflective film identification signs: First of all, the preparation of reflective ink, choose a good transparency ink, will not reduce the reflective effect, and easy to color. At the same time, the ink should have self-drying or low-temperature drying, and the drying time should be controlled below 30mm to prevent the reflective film from being bitten by the solvent; the dye should choose a transparent organic dye, so that the reflective film maximizes the reflective effect, and the organic transparent dye First prepare into mother liquor, the solvent can choose xylene, and the concentration should be selected according to the supplier's instructions.

According to the customer's requirements, choose and match the color, add the prepared mother liquor to the transparent ink, and then add the amount to be determined after a small trial to avoid waste. The viscosity of the ink must be appropriate. Generally, the viscosity of the ink is lower than that of other hard logos to avoid sticking the plate. However, the viscosity should not be too small. Otherwise, it will cause the phenomenon of paste plate and cannot meet the printing requirements of high-precision patterns. The printing of the reflective film is not related to the ordinary substrate. It can be dried naturally or dried at low temperature after printing.
