1. The power switch light is off
1. Check whether the external incoming power supply voltage is input to the power outlet, and use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage is normal. (Except 5000HZ)
2. Check whether the fuse of the power socket of the control box is burnt out and the switch is broken, replace the fuse or switch
Second, the boot control panel
1. Check whether the switch on the control panel is damaged and the power supply is checked. Check whether the power supply voltage is 220V input and the wire is connected and there is no display.
2. Whether the communication signal line connecting the controller and the panel is in poor contact or falling off, just press or connect again
Three, run light is on without vibration
1. Check whether the function switch is pressed to ON, if not, press ON or the vibration is small
2. Check whether the vertical / horizontal direction of the three-axis switch is correct, press to switch to vertical / horizontal
3. Is the adjustment of CD003 and CD005 correct or the adjustment is too small? Reset CD003 and CD005
4. Frequent burning of fuses or
1. The power supply voltage of the vibration test stand is abnormal, check whether the external line voltage is short-circuited, and re-process the burn-in insurance after startup
2. Whether the fine-tuning amplitude modulation function is adjusted to the maximum before starting, it should be adjusted to 0 and then slowly adjusted to large
3. Whether it has been working for a long time with no load, causing overcurrent and short circuit protection of the machine. 4. Use a multimeter to measure the vertical 1, 2 or horizontal 3 and 4 feet of the table body. The two-point resistance value is normal within 1-200 ohms. Of the central axis is defective, first determine whether the line connecting the central axis is short-circuited
5. The power supply of the control box is short-circuited, check whether the wire is off or burnt out
