1 Scope
This guideline stipulates the principle of division and evaluation of the quality grades of printed products. The printing industry shall, in accordance with the provisions of these Guidelines, formulate methods for classifying the quality of products in the industry and determine the catalogue of graded products.
This guideline applies to printed products produced and sold in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

4. The principle of dividing quality grades of printed products
This standard adopts the product quality classification principle of GB/T 12707.
The quality level of printed products is divided into three grades: excellent products, first-class products and qualified products.
4.1 Premium Products
The quality standards of excellent products must reach the international advanced level, and the level of physical quality should reach the advanced level in the past five years compared with similar foreign products.
4.2 First-class products
The quality standards of first-class products must meet the international general level, and the level of physical quality should reach the general level of the international similar products or domestic advanced level.
4.3 qualified products
According to China's general standards (national standards, industry standards, local standards or corporate standards) to organize production, physical quality levels must meet the requirements of the corresponding standards.
5. Principles for Assessing the Quality Level of Printed Products
5.1 The assessment of the quality level of printed products is mainly based on the test results of the standard level and the physical quality index of the printed products.
5.2 The assessment of the quality grade of printed products shall be under the unified responsibility of the responsible department of the industry, and the statistical results shall be reported on time according to the requirements of the national statistical department.
5.2.1 For the confirmation of superior products and first-class goods grades, there must be inspection certificates issued by state-level testing centers, industry-wide inspection agencies or inspection agencies entrusted by the state or industry, and qualified products are subject to inspection by enterprises.
5.2.2 For the confirmation of the standard level in the quality assessment of printed products, there must be proof issued by a standardization organization at or above the ministerial level.
5.2.3 It can be included in the statistical range of graded product rate that the physical quality level of the printed product has been certified by the national and industry inspection agencies.

6. The principle of dividing the standard level of printing products
6.1 The standard level of printing products is divided into three levels: international advanced level standards, international general level standards and domestic general level standards.

6.1.2 The international general level standard means that the standard comprehensive level has reached the international general standard level.

6.2 The standard comprehensive level refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the requirements related to product quality specified in the standard.
Comparing the standard level also refers to the comprehensive level. It should not put together high standards of national standards in one standard.
6.3 The standard level is compared with the current international standards or advanced foreign standards.
