Kautex Introduces KCC10D Duplex Extrusion Blow Molding Machine

The KCC10D Duplex Extrusion blow molding machine introduced this time adopts the German Kautex technology and the four-layer co-extruded HKS2/50-CD125 blank head, and the four extruders coextruded (the outer layer adopts Φ60mm/25D screw Recycled material layer using Φ50mm/25D screw, adhesive layer using Φ18mm/25D screw, barrier layer PA or EVOH layer using Φ25mm/25D screw). The machine demonstrated live production of a 1000ml four-layer co-extruded barrier plastic bottle on site. This barrier plastic bottle contains barrier material (EVOH or PA) on the inner layer to prevent oxygen and moisture from entering the bottle, preventing the release of amino acids or odors, and the solvent seeping out of the bottle, in food, medicines, beverages, pesticides, and paints. Both chemical and chemical industries are widely used.
