3 Conclusion
(1) Under the same dye and dyeing process conditions, when the wood veneers of different tree species are dyed, the color difference is large, especially when dyeing light color. Different treatment methods before wood dyeing affect the dyeing effect of wood. When the target color is light, it is best to use pre-treatment before dyeing, which can not only ensure the dyeing effect, but also prevent the color change during use. The pre-treatment method can be cold and hot water extraction. And bleaching to ensure dyeing and color stability
(2) Acid dyes used in the textile industry are suitable for dyeing wood, the dyeing process is simple, and the operation is convenient. The dyeing effect can meet the requirements, and the color is rich and colorful. In the dyeing preparation, a single dye can be used for dyeing; Mixed dyeing of dyes, but attention should be paid to the affinity of different dyes to wood. Otherwise, dyeing unevenness caused by dyes may occur. The color of the surface of dyed wood veneers is different from the internal color. The surface color is deeper than the internal color. If you want to obtain a uniform color between the surface and the interior, you can improve the color unevenness inside and outside by extending the dyeing time and the rinsing time.
(3) After the veneers of different tree species are dyed, the degree of deformation is greatly different under natural drying conditions, and the flatness of the dyed veneers has a great relationship with the density of the wood itself; and with dye types and other processes The conditional relationship is not large. The greater the density of wood, the more severe the deformation.
(4) Different experimental materials have different degrees of significance when dyeing with the same dye; the degree of significance of the factors is different when dyeing with the same experimental material. Studies have shown that dye concentration, dyeing time and dyeing temperature are effective for dyeing. There are different degrees of influence. Therefore, in the process of wood dyeing, to achieve the predetermined dyeing effect, different tree species should adopt different dyeing processes. In this study, the optimal process parameters are: time 1 3 5 ~ 1 80 min, concentration 1 0 %, temperature 85 ~ 95 ° C, bath ratio 1 2:1 ~ 1 6:1. This also fully illustrates that the wood-dye-solvent in the wood dyeing process is a unified body.
