Level 3: Severe discoloration; the area of ​​micro-bubbles on the surface of the paint film exceeds 50%; the area of ​​small bubbles is more than 5%; the area of ​​large bubble rust points is more than 2%; the paint film is peeled off
Note: â‘ Bubble area calculation: use a hundred percent grid, where 1% of the area is counted as 1% of the area as long as it is foamed, and so on, the bubble level is as follows: microbubbles: only visible to the naked eye; small Bubbles: Obviously visible to the naked eye, with a diameter below 0.5mm; Medium bubbles: 0.6-1mm in diameter; Large bubbles: 1.1mm in diameter.
