This article is based on the content determination method of preservatives in the "Hygiene Standards for Cosmetics (2007 Edition)" issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The content determination and methodological verification of cosmetics produced by a manufacturer are carried out. The experimental results are: three preservatives in this cosmetic are detected, which are 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate. The minimum detection limit of 10 kinds of preservatives is 0.011μg / mL-0.692μg / mL, the average recovery rate is between 98% -103%, the qualitative repeatability is less than 0.5%, and the quantitative repeatability is less than 1%. The experimental results show that the RIGOL L-3000 high-efficiency liquid system is used to determine the content of 10 preservatives according to the Cosmetic Hygiene Specification (2007 Edition). The method is accurate, sensitive and reliable.
