The recalls and replacements involved NOMIC and ERGO technology hail, with IDs between 10208 and 10329 (ie production dates between 208th and 329nd days of 2010) and GRIPREST palm rest (U21GR2) attachments. The recall does not involve QUARK, and the old models NOMIC, QUARK, QUARKERGO.

Through communication with the end-users and laboratory tests, we found that when the Griprest's palm rest is under a certain state of exertion, it will damage the adjusting convex teeth (see photo, the first one is the convex tooth under normal condition, the second one is Damaged lobes). When the protruding teeth are damaged, the Griprest palm rest will not be well fixed.

The new and improved NOMIC and ERGO technology hail has been shipped to distributors around the world. If the top five of the above hailstones are coded independently between 10208 and 10329, they can be replaced for free with the same new hailstone.

After trial and error, Griprest will not damage its internal teeth when it reaches 300 daN.
