Coreldraw imposition and output method

First, the imposition method

1, with a positive 16K cover, back cover, cover two, seal three into four K version as an example. The finished product size is assumed to be 185*260mm. Use coredraw8.0 to operate. First define the finished paper size (that is, the size of the plated heart). First draw a box with a size of 188*266 (the cover and back cover are only cut up and down, and the middle is only folded, so the upper and lower bleeding positions are 3+3=6mm and the left cover is 3mm. The back cover is left 3mm, and the other single page 16K content is required to make two pieces of bleeding. The size should be 191*266mm.) Place the cover in the center. Then use the same steps to place the back cover in another box. Put the content in the Ctrl+G group. With the cover selected, press Ctrl+A, position it at the top right of the margin, then select the back cover and position it at the top left of the page. The methods of sealing two and sealing three are the same as above, except that the positions are the lower left and the lower right respectively. At this point, the four 16K layouts should have been placed. After the inspection is correct, expand the page size again, add 6 mm in the horizontal direction, and add 6 mm in the vertical direction to place the blood cut line, register line, color mark, etc. (When you increase the size, the original text content position will not change). Dissolve all content and manually delete the four boxes for the location. All OK, save.

2, more content imposition (such as a layout placed a lot of content) Assuming the finished product size is 80 * 80mm, plus bleeding = 86 * 86mm, first define the page size, and then place it in the upper left corner of the page, select the menu The Arrange → Transform → Position menu is active, choose Apply to Remake, the step size is 86mm, then apply until you copy the number you need. The same is true for the vertical direction. Once again, add 6mm to the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the layout, and add the registration rule line, cutting line, color scale, and ladder rule. Imposition Note: When the imposition, seal three, should be rotated 180 degrees. After the fight is completed, use the auxiliary line to inspect whether the cutting line (bleeding) will cut the content.

Second, the output method

1. Use the postscritp printer to print the webdraw file to a file and generate it as a PS file.

2. Take the source file directly to the output center. The output center will generate the file as a PS file.

3. Select all content and export it as a Postscript EPS file. The text options are: Curves, the images are: TIF format, 8-bit color, resolution is more than 300dpi, always overprint black, the number of gradation steps is more than 256. Note: At this time, be sure to select "Use printer color profile", otherwise the color will change!

Output notes:

1, the color is set to: always overprint black.

2, the text is best all the way to curve.

3, all placed in coredraw psd format, tif format or other formats of the picture must be in coredraw will be converted again to CMYK mode tif bitmap. Otherwise, the picture will be partially lost when it is output. (I have suffered a lot since then.) These are some of my experiences in my work.
