Hot runner nozzles that meet the demanding requirements of packaging products

The HASCO hot runner nozzle series Z201/Value Shot is further developed on the basis of the mature hot runner nozzle Z200/, specifically to meet the demanding requirements of the processed products in the packaging field.

The new products pay special attention to the convenience of maintenance, ensuring that all relevant components such as heaters, thermocouples, injectors and nozzle heads can be replaced as a whole.

The nozzles are designed for multi-purpose use and can even be used for closed beveled cavities. Other features include suitable length and diameter calibration and optimized door shape.

Three kinds of nozzle specifications: 25mm, 32mm, 45mm, length 50-125mm. The diameter and mounting position are similar to those of the old hot runner Z200/. If necessary, new nozzles can be produced using existing molds.

Value Shot series is fully suitable for processing polyolefins and styrene injection products in the weight range of 5-200 grams. Due to similar temperature morphology and high pressure resistance, the processing stability of other plastics must be consulted with HASCO's application engineers.

The product has an excellent price/performance ratio and is rated as a high-level hot runner system, while the price is attractive.
Also compatible with the Z201/nozzle series is the H5300/.../S cooling housing for effective heat dissipation in the spray gate area. The cavity cover is specially made according to the customer's specifications to ensure the best installation quality of the parts and avoid common heat dissipation failures.
