Trailing is often encountered in the inkjet printing process, there are two main ways of emergence:

(1) There is tailing from beginning to end. This phenomenon must first consider whether the temperature and humidity meet the requirements. Whether the ink cartridge, ink bag, or ink channel has not been cleaned for a long time, and the ink jet print head cannot be reused due to ink corrosion or collision wear, Finally, check whether the position of the cleaning seat is correct or not.

(2) Sudden tailing during the printing process. This phenomenon is generally caused by the electrostatic discharge of the ink jet print head on the top of the print head, and the back of the flower head dragged back and forth by the inkjet print head. If it is a two-way print, the pattern is two. There will be trailing on the sides; one-way printing will have trailing on the left side of the pattern. In this case, in the “pause” state, the inkjet print head is moved to the (0,0) position, and the inkjet print head is gently wiped with a special cotton swab and moved to the wash stand for cleaning. In the printing process, due to the lack of ink, the ink may be added, which may cause tailing. Because the height of the ink increases, the pressure of the ink jet print head is bound to increase, so that the amount of ink to be printed increases, and even drops of ink may occur. However, the problem of the first situation cannot be ruled out.
