Harbin Side Launches Bagging Water Packaging Line

Traditional PC buckets are no longer the only form of packaging for drinking fountains. Recently, the “bag water” packaging production line developed by Harbin Side Corporation has been successfully brought to the market. This kind of soft bag is like a large infusion bag and can hold 5 to 10 liters of water.

People in the industry pointed out that bottled water is now widely used, but due to the long drinking cycle of bottled water, secondary pollution of the drinking fountains and incomplete cleaning of the buckets have caused unsafe drinking water indicators to occur. The problem of health consumption has not been properly resolved.

It is understood that this kind of "bagged water" is produced by fully automatic packaging. The water bag is made of food-grade plastic. The bag filling and filling machine is completed and the bag is used once. The water bag universal special connector can cooperate with various models of drinking fountains. According to experts, bottled water requires outside air to enter the barrel when it comes out of the water. Unclean air can cause pollution. Since the water bag is soft, it does not require outside air to enter the bag when it is out of the water, so it will not cause unclean air pollution. In addition, the production of bagged water requires complex machinery and equipment, and counterfeiting is much more difficult than bottled water. The bagged water packaging machine is made of stainless steel, pneumatically driven, and PLC controlled. It is not only accurate in measurement but also airless. The packaging material is a composite film that can be printed in large areas in color.
