SCHOBER USA Launches Tag Inserter

SCHOBER USA launches RFID-TI Combi, which can be used to accurately insert or paste wet or dry RFID materials onto continuously driven liners at high speeds. A dual reader checks the transmitter and completes the RFID tag, guaranteeing the entire Production is under monitoring and there are no broken pieces. RFID-TI Combi is suitable for automatic product tracking, inventory management, logistics control, and other commercial or industrial applications. Each unit is equipped with EAS special devices to prevent theft of tags.

The technology inserts UHF and HF into die-cut blanks or pre-printed labels, and monitoring is accomplished through a new built-in industrial PC's pendant workstation. Other features include a label distribution function that eases the tape tension, an on/off button placed at a critical location, a stronger information collection capability, and optional static protection. The transmitter used in this technology meets the requirements of ISO specifications, with a width of 10-160mm and a length of 10-180mm. The pre-printed label width is 20-200mm, and the RFID label can be inserted into the pre-printed label at a speed of 50m/min. Random RFID readers ensure that every embedded RFID tag can be identified. The automatic control system ensures that the transmitter and the printed label can be accurately aligned.
