Urumqi Dinghe Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the Toutunhe Industrial Park, adjacent to Wubei and Wuxi Stations, one of the largest railway warehousing and logistics centers in Xinjiang, and is dedicated to the development and production of heavy-duty plastic bags. This year, the company invested 10 million yuan in the introduction of large-scale plastic hollow molding units and molds, hollow blown trays produced in the stiffness, toughness and bearing performance indicators have reached or exceeded national standards, can reach 2 tons of dynamic load, static load of 4.5 tons , The shelf carries a technical requirement of 1 ton. The successful completion of the project marks the company's ability to produce plastic pallets in batches, is of great significance to the development of the logistics industry and petrochemical industry in Xinjiang, and will make important contributions to the economic prosperity of the Xinjiang region.
The hollow blowing tray project put into operation in this area is still the first case in our district, which fills the blank of the long-term non-tray product manufacturing enterprises in Xinjiang. Since the project was established, it has received great attention and strong support from the governments at all levels of the autonomous region, with an annual output of 70,000. Only the plastic trays, or basically meet the demand for plastic trays in Xinjiang, are listed as the key supporting projects of the Economic and Trade Committee of the autonomous region, the Economic Committee of the Municipality, and the Economic Commission of Toutunhe District. At present, this series of products has been successfully sold to companies such as Petrochemical Company's ethylene plant and CNPC Lubricant Company Dushanzi Lubricant Factory, and they have been unanimously recognized. In the recent bidding procurement of plastic pallets by the Urumqi Railway Bureau, the company successfully won the bid and became a supplier of plastic pallets for the Wutie system.
