At this time, there are many solutions. With many years of work experience, the author believes that the following methods are the most simple, It is quick and can make the coffee beans run again in a short period of time.

First, turn the impression cylinder to the proper position, remove the two taper pins and the broken pendulum rod (do not move the rod shaft and other parts) on the original fracture pendulum rod, if the replacement of the two pendulum rods on the hole can be aligned The original pin hole or the position of the original taper pin hole is almost the same, can be changed in the original pin hole 6mm tapered pin, installed and then adjust the embossing roller rod shaft brake screw, so that the swing rod roll away from the cylinder shoulder Iron 12.5mm, re-adjust the gripper to run. If the replaced pendulum pin hole is far from the original pin hole, it cannot be handled by the above method. In this case, the following steps can be taken:

1. Two 5mm taper pins of appropriate length were selected to fill the two taper pin holes on the shaft of the original impression roller, and the fine teeth were used to repair the external shaft of the shaft to achieve a smooth, burr-free appearance.

2. Put the new pendulum rod into the position of the shank shaft and use electric drill to drill two 5mm positioning pin holes.

3. Remove the pendulum, put back the pendulum pressure spring and then place two good taper pins and tap.

4. Check if the paper on the platen roller is changing.

After the treatment, the cause of the fracture should be carefully analyzed and dealt with in time to avoid the accident from happening again.
