Excellent alternatives to PTFE and polyimide tape

Victrex plc USA has launched VICTREX® PEEK® tape. VICTREX PEEK tapes can consistently withstand operating temperatures up to 220°C (428°F), while the short-term tolerable temperatures are even higher. Because of its hydrolytic stability, VICTREX PEEK maintains its electrical properties over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures and is resistant to radiation from 109 rad without becoming brittle. In addition, it has excellent chemical resistance, and even resists the attack of solvents, acids, alkalis, fuels, and hydrocarbons even at high temperatures.

VICTREX PEEK tapes are available in split roll, sheet, and die-cut formats, with a thickness of 0.002 inches or more, and can be coated with a variety of adhesives (including silicone or acrylic) on one or both sides.
