According to the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2018", in conjunction with the Notice of the Payment and Settlement Division of the People's Bank of China on the Payment of Liquidation Work for the 2017 Year-End Final Account Date (Silver Payment [2017] No. 312) and the People's Bank of China Treasury The "Notice on the Year-end Work of the 2017 Treasury Information Processing System" (Silver State Library [2017] No. 25) requires that the "New Year's Day" holiday in 2018 is inconsistent with the working day of the People's Bank's payment system, in order to better serve domestic institutions. , merchants and cardholders, China UnionPay decided to settle the foreign currency clearing funds incurred on January 1, 29-2018, and the RMB clearing funds of overseas member agencies of domestic member institutions on January 2, 2018. For the liquidation of RMB and the liquidation of the merchants' funds, the bank clearing business is handled normally according to the working day of the large-scale payment system of the People's Bank of China.
