2.2 Product Quality Inspection

According to the standard of offset printing ink, physical and chemical indexes of the prepared ink were tested. The results show that the product meets the offset ink standards and can be used on various offset presses, see Table 3.

2.3 Determination of product water resistance

The ink was applied on blank paper without whitening agent. The white paper was soaked in water at room temperature for 24 hours, then taken out and air-dried. The fluorescence intensity was measured. The results are shown in Table 4.

From Table 4, it can be seen that after the product is soaked in water, the fluorescence intensity changes very little, indicating that the ink has good water resistance. 2 4 Determination of light-fastness of products Apply ink to paper without brightener. Measure the fluorescence intensity after the cumulative exposure of the white paper in sunlight for 50 hours. The results are shown in Table 5.

According to Table 5, the fluorescence intensity of the ink after solarization shows little change, indicating that the ink also has good lightfastness.
