Common wrapping paper applications
In our contacts with many printing plants found white cardboard, duplex board and white paper board packaging is the most commonly used paper, glass, cardboard is now also widely used in the cosmetics industry. The specific application is as follows.
(1) Foreign-funded enterprises pay attention to product brand and image, and often use white cardboard, because white cardboard will make the product packaging look high; some products pay attention to the cost of common gray-whiteboard. Whiteboard white paper is a neutral product between white cardboard and gray-whiteboard paper. The original packaging uses gray-whiteboard paper, but in order to improve the grade, and do not want to increase the product cost too much, you can use whiteboard paper; The cost of using white cardboard is high, and in order to reduce the cost without losing the grade, white white paper or white bottom paper can also be selected. The choice of white paperboard is a wise choice when the packaging paper requirements are relatively modest.
(2) The grade of gray-white board paper and white-white board paper is lower than that of white cardboard, mainly because the paper appearance is not beautiful, and the brightness of the paper is not high enough.
(3) Glass cardboard is often used by some multinational companies, such as the packaging of Fenbid products. Because of the use of glass cardboard, the brightness is high, and the box is crystal and fashionable.
(4) In the packaging of the medicine box, from the perspective of the proportion of various types of packaging paper, white cardboard accounts for 80%, gray paper and white paper with 20%, and the relatively high cost white card. Paper has a large share, because the paper not only reflects the packaging function, but also the quality grade of the inner product from the wrapping paper.
(5) The packaging of cosmetics usually uses glass cardboard and white cardboard, but the current use of glass cardboard is decreasing because of its high printing difficulty, complicated process, large loss, paper is not easy to color, ink drying speed slow, leading to not increase the printing speed, long delivery cycle, suited to fast printing speed printing press, only suitable for UV printing. In addition, its cost is higher than that of white cardboard. Some companies have switched from glass cardboard to white cardboard. However, glass cardboard has a large number of applications in high-grade cigarette packets, because its high gloss is still not a substitute for ordinary white cardboard.
(6) Enterprises that choose polyester paper often consider the market establishment of new brands, or the high-end route of their products. These products require the packaging box to be finely finished. For example, Zheng Mingming series cosmetics use this paper. However, the cost of polyester paper is higher than that of glass cardboard and white cardboard, and the printing process is relatively difficult.
(7) Electrical appliances such as home appliances. Ordinary A or B corrugated for large packaging; fine corrugated cardboard for E or F and G for small packaging; some products are made of white corrugated fine corrugated cardboard, for example, the mobile phone box is made of fine corrugated cardboard.

Printing problems caused by paper problems
1. Paper bright spots cause printing and fancy
Because the original pulp is not evenly beaten or has large fiber bundles and pulp clusters, the base paper is not flat, the coating surface is poorly absorbed, the ink is uneven during printing, the dots are easily enlarged, and the flowers are easy to be printed when printing various colors.
2.
