All products are designed and produced by Kaiqi Group Co. Ltd and in accordance with EN1176-1 and EN1176-3.

Plastic parts are made with an automatic rotational molding machine from LLDPE which is imported from South Korea. Parts are anti-UV, anti-static and crack resistant.
Metal parts are made with galvanized steel pipe which conforms to the national standard and welded using an industrial robot for a strong and smooth finished product.
Decking and stairs are made from rubber/powder coated steel and are made using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.
All of our screws are made from grade 316 stainless steel, complying with GB/T1221-1992 standards.
All clamps and clips are cast from aluminium.
Rope net has a wire core and is produced from cable that is 18mm in diameter. It has a maximum load of 2000kg.
Posts use 114mm or 127mm diameter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm gold plated tubes or steel tubes. This conforms with QS standard:BS1387-1985 and technology standard: BS1387-1985.
Painting is well-mixed and bright, done using a painting flow line machine.

Installation Qualification document and drawing will be provided with the products. Onsite installation can be arranged for an additional fee.

Cotton Pads

The cotton pad is generally a small piece of cotton about 5-6 cm in length that is pressed from cotton or paper pulp. The main purpose is to remove makeup, and it can also be used for makeup.

There are basically two types of cosmetic cotton materials: absorbent cotton and non-woven fabrics. These two materials have their own advantages and disadvantages, and you can choose according to your needs.

Absorbent cotton
The cotton pad is thick and soft to the touch, and requires a large amount when used for applying toner; sometimes it has the phenomenon of desquamation and weak water absorption.

Non-woven fabric
This kind of cotton pad is relatively thin and has a coarser touch, but because of its strong water absorption, the amount of toner is relatively small.

Choice of cotton pads

1. Pour the standard amount of toner 2ML on the cotton pad to test the water absorption of the cotton pad. Test standard: see if there is any leakage of toner.

2. Squeeze out the lotion from the cotton pad that has absorbed the water to see how much water can be released. Test standard: how much ML lotion to squeeze out.

3. Wipe the back of the hand with a wet cotton pad for 20 times to see if there is any lint residue. Test standard: See how much cotton wool remains on the back of the hand.

Result analysis:
1. High-quality cotton pads need to have excellent water absorption capacity and will not drip at all.

2. It must also have a super water release capacity, and no cotton wool will be left after use.
