2. Mixed rang: Mixed rang consists of shaper, strut lever, rapper.
3. Upper sealing:
Upper sealing consists of actuating cylinder, supporting, heater, more.
4. Traction:
Traction consists of traction motor; Pull down wheel, photoelectric encoder, braced frame.
5. Lower sealing
Lower sealing parting consists of pushing cylinder rushing board, guide bar, heat sealing copper block, parting cut cylinder paring cut knife.
6. Metering filling
Metering filling Consisting of charging basket, buffeting dispense feeder, photo switch, upper charging tray, jigger, lower charging tray, charging bar, safety loop, clutch gear, actuating motor, transmission gear, message cam, proximity switch.

Automatic Granule Packing Machine 's Trouble and solutions
1. Problem
The operator has a feeling of getting an electric shock.
Likely cause and remedy:
A) The power wire is connected wrong or is not connected well.
B) The whole machine electric system should be connected to the earthing wire well.
C) The wire of hot sealing copper block should have good insulating property to ambient surrounding.
D) Do not spray liquid to power supply connector lug or electrical appliance.
2. Problem
The moving parts make abnormal noise.
Likely cause and remedy:
A) Lack of lubricant
B) The screws are loose and that results in the change of position of parts.
C) The moving parts are severely worn
3. Problem
The granule is not sufficient or sometimes in large amount and sometimes in small amount.
Likely cause and remedy:
A) The screw on connecting rod is loose.
B) There are some foreign matters in the granule inlet/outlet way.
C) There is foreign matters in granule inlet flow way or the sealing is bad.
D) The crank sliding block pressure pad isnt pressed tightly.
4. Problem:
The transverse sealing and bag cutting are out of order; Bag is not cut off and is connected with each other; And the bearing strength is insufficient after thermal sealing.
Likely cause and remedy:
A) Clean away foreign matters stuck on transverse sealing copper block immediately.
B) Check if tetrafluoroethylene thermal barrier on copper block is loose.
C) Change the rubber pad on push pedal.
D) Plastic film should be 80 micron thick.
E) Adjust the pressure of transverse sealing copper block.
F)Check if the blade on transverse sealing copper block is sharp enough.
5. Problem
The hot sealing surface is not good; The failure rate of bag is high; And the date is not printed distinctly.
Likely cause and remedy:
A) Change non-adhesive Teflon cloth or adjust non-adhesive Teflon cloth position.
B) Check the rubber pad is flat or worn. Change if it is worn.
C) Too much filling amount. A small quantity of air chamber should be remained.
